Visual Studio 2010 version?

description

Does the current version no longer support VS 2010?

Ah, I just found 1.5.7 on the downloads page. That version no longer shows up when searching directly from VS 2010 (!).

Interestingly, after I installed it, I now get a message that extension updates are available every time I load Visual Studio.

Ok, I have confirmed that only when 1.5.7 is installed do I get the bogus message. I just reinstalled Windows and VS, but I had noticed this message starting some time ago in my old installation, and couldn't figure out why. Now I see this seems to be the extension that is causing the problem.

Is it possible that 1.5.7 tells Visual Studio "there is an update", but the update is really the 2.0 version that only runs on VS 2012? When I look at "Updates" in Extension Manager, there are actually no updates to install. Only un-installing 1.5.7 gets rid of this bogus message.

Thanks
Jim

Oh, one additional comment, I won't be upgrading to VS 2012, this is a great extension that I've come to rely on, I hope that this doesn't meant there will be no more bug fixes or enhancements to the VS 2010 version!

I see, stupid mistake ...

I shall have created a seperate entry for VS 2010 to avoid this annoying message...

But I reused the entry on vs gallery for the latest 2010...

Thanks for raising, I can feel how annoying it is...
