Insert whitespace

It is possible for XAML Styler to insert blank lines between elements as required.

Normally, I like to have items such as defined tags like:

<Grid.RowDefinitions>
    <RowDefinition/>
    <RowDefinition/>
</Grid.RowDefinitions>

which has no blank lines.

However, for nested elements like:

<StackPanel Orientation="Vertical">

    <TextBlock Text="Text"/>

    <TextBlock Text="Text"/>

</StackPanel>

I like to have a blank line between for readability.
I also tend to expand all attributes of the base Page/User Control, but will only separate attributes of other controls if they go over my margin.
